For the past decade, Landini Associates have worked with Hilton Hotels Worldwide on a number of their locations around the globe.
Hilton Adelaide
We designed and named Hilton Adelaide's new restaurant, ‘Coal Cellar & Grill’, the adjacent bar and hotel lobby.
The brief was to design a restaurant that would be a destination in and of itself for the local community. This required a flexible space that could cater for a range of covers, from breakfast through till evening.
Hilton Brisbane
Located under Hilton Brisbane’s twenty-five-floor atrium, our design pays homage to acclaimed Modernist Architect, Harry Seidler, who designed the Hilton Brisbane in 1985. Three decades later, we reinvented the bar and lobby with eminence and timeless simplicity.
We also designed a new restaurant, which we named "Vintaged." Vintaged has been awarded a ‘Chefs Hat’ three years running, almost unheard of for a hotel, and is now a Brisbane landmark.
Hilton Surfers Paradise
At Hilton Surfers Paradise we designed and named Salt Restaurant and Fix Bar with the intention to create something not hitherto found in this part of Australia.
We also created “The Food Store”, a cafe, deli and wine shop conceived as an alternative to the formality of traditional hotel dining. A global first for Hilton, The Food Store serves as a casual and takeout dining alternative for guests.
Hilton Perth
Adelphi Grill at Hilton Perth is an all day bar and restaurant serving natural produce from land and sea, featuring open kitchens and an exclusive wine room for private dining.
Hilton Sydney
The Executive Lounge at Hilton Sydney strikes a balance between a social communal dining area and private "focus" chambers.
Hilton Singapore
Hilton Singapore is one of the oldest hotels on the city’s Orchard Road. The Executive Lounge features custom designed rugs and furniture crafted by local artisans, as well as vintage black and white photographs that celebrate the hotel’s history.
Hilton Papau New Guinea
Hilton Port Moresby is Papua New Guinea’s first Hilton location. Landini Associates designed the lobby, café, restaurant and poolside bar. We also created a library to encourage hotel guests to learn more about the local culture.
