Dara’s Ice Cream is an icon in the Egyptian landscape, with the brand’s beloved founder and brand ambassador Dara, at the heart of it all. Expanding into a space twice the size, Landini Associates were engaged to create the brand’s latest flagship in Cairo.

Dara’s Ice Cream is an icon in the Egyptian landscape, with the brand’s beloved founder and brand ambassador Dara, at the heart of it all. Landini Associates were engaged to create the brand’s latest flagship, expanding into a space twice the size.

Offering a niche in the already saturated ice cream market, Dara’s is beloved for her natural flavoured ice cream with no artificial additives. Dara needed a space that reflected this too.

Our design solution occupies the space with Food Theatre by bringing the back of house to the front window to showcase Dara’s story of local, fresh and trusted product.
